The only criticism I have is If I need to see a doctor of my choice I have to queue before 8-30 as there is only a few appointments available. I really don't know what can be done about this.

Over the past year i have had occasion to visit he surgery on many occasions. I have always found the receptionists and triarge nurses very helpful and understanding. I have found my doctor very caring and covering all aspects of my illness. I cannot thank the armada practice enough for taking away the worry.

I don't know how appointments to see the GP, I actually want to see, can be better managed but 3-4 weeks wait is not acceptable Trying to get through on the phone 8,30am onwards is a nightmare. Being able to "turn up" if you have an urgent problem appears to be good, although I have not had to use it. However when I do get to see Dr de Costa I am very happy with the care and attention as when seeing other GP's and Nurse Practitioners. PS unable to put da te of last appointment which was actually 19/09/2014

Generally repeat presciptions, on-line, or by visit, works fine. Urgent attention is generally OK after the phone is eventually answered. There can be a wait of up to 3 weeks if an appointment is required with a specific GP. Treatment room attention is excellent.
